“Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iran Act of 2026”

Authorization for Use of Military Force Against Iran Act of 2026

The War Powers Resolution, introduced by Democratic legislators with bipartisan Republican co-sponsors, is currently being advanced for a vote. The resolution aims to end U.S. military operations in Iran, which its proponents assert are “unauthorized.”

What follows is a summary of the concurrent / joint resolution against military action in Iran.

Sections 1 through 4 of the resolution outline key provisions regarding U.S. military actions against Iran. Section 1 presents the findings, laying the foundation for the subsequent sections by detailing the circumstances and rationale behind the resolution. Section 2 mandates the termination of U.S. armed forces’ involvement in hostilities against the Islamic Republic of Iran, effectively seeking to end any “unauthorized” military operations.

Section 3 clarifies that the resolution does not affect intelligence sharing, ensuring that cooperation in this area can continue. Section 4 emphasizes that nothing in the resolution should be interpreted as authorizing the use of military force against Iran, reinforcing the intent to limit military engagement and maintain strict adherence to the specified boundaries.

A Resolution Supporting U.S. Military Operations in Iran

Instead of only debating the War Powers Resolution to terminate ongoing operations against the Islamic Republic of Iran, Congressional Republicans should introduce a joint resolution that authorizes military operations in Iran. If ever there was a country that deserved a counterpunch from the United States, it is the Islamic Republic of Iran.  Over the last forty-seven years this evil regime and its proxies have killed thousands of Americans. They have raped, tortured, and killed an unknown number of their own citizens. They are now getting what they deserve.

Here’s a draft of resolution to support America, oppose evil, and authorize the use of military force in Iran.

The end of the Islamic Republic will make the world a safer place. It’s time for Democrats to somehow set aside their seething hated for President Trump and show the world that Americans can still unite and fight for right and freedom.
