Joe Biden Used His Public Office for His and His Family’s Private Gain
Despite the persistent denials of Democrats, Joe Biden used his public office for private gain while he was Vice President of the United States. He met with at least 14 business associates of Hunter Biden’s including potential investors / partners. Vice President Biden met with Hunter’s business associates from China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and the United States. To this day Joe Biden continues to deny having any knowledge of Hunter’s business dealings at home or abroad. The emails, visitor logs, phone records, and photographs prove beyond any doubt that Joe Biden is knowingly lying to the American people.

According to an April 2014 e-mail sent by Hunter Biden the photographer was David Lienemann.

Jeff Cooper is a major donor and family friend of the Biden’s. Cooper’s law firm, Simmons Cooper, was Joe Biden’s largest donor. With law firm partner John Simmons, Simmons Cooper donated approximately $200 thousand to Joe Biden between 2001 and 2008.
Hunter Biden and Jeff Cooper had been pursuing energy deals in Mexico as early as 2013. With knowledge that President Enrique Peña Nieto of Mexico was reforming his country’s energy market to allow private capital investments in Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Hunter Biden and Jeff Cooper, with help from Vice President Biden, were strategizing how to get in on the action and make a ton of money. In an email Cooper sent to Hunter Biden the expectations were clear. “Miguel wants us to go to Mexico City. This is setting up to be flippin gigantic brother”, Cooper wrote.
When Vice President Joe Biden met with Jeff Cooper, Hunter Biden, Carlos Slim, Miguel Aleman Velasco, and Miguel Aleman Magnani at Joe Biden’s Washington DC residence, the meeting served one purpose for certain. Joe Biden met with these Mexican business men and potential business partners of Hunter Biden and Jeff Cooper to help nurture the appearance of Hunter Biden having access to the influence of the Vice President of the United States. At minimum, during these meetings Joe Biden did in fact use his public office for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom he was affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity. The overwhelming evidence supports this charge beyond a reasonable doubt.
The Biden Administration has yet to explain how it is that Joe Biden continues to assert that he never discussed business with Hunter Biden while the photograph dated November 19, 2015 of Joe Biden, Jeff Cooper, Hunter Biden, Carlos Slim, Miguel Aleman Velasco, and Miguel Aleman Magnani in Joe Biden’s home is in wide circulation. Joe Biden has yet to answer questions about why he flew Hunter Biden and Jeff Cooper to Mexico City on Air Force Two, the vice president’s official airplane, to meet with then-Mexican president Enrique Pena Nieto and Hunter hoped, also Miguel Aleman Magnani.
The New York Post’s outstanding investigative reporter Miranda Devine reported on the trip to Mexico City and the surrounding emails accordingly[1].
Cooper joined the VP’s entourage on Air Force Two to Mexico in 2016, when he and Hunter were trying to negotiate an ill-fated petroleum deal with Aleman Magnani.
At 6 p.m. on Feb. 24, 2016, about an hour after “wheels up” from Joint Base Andrews on the five-hour flight to Mexico City, Hunter wrote a plaintive email to Aleman Magnani using Air Force Two’s secure, high-speed satellite communications channel. He blind-copied Cooper.
“We are arriving late tonight on Air Force 2 to Mx City. I’m attending meeting w/ President N [Peña Nieto] and dad. Would love to see you but you never respond. I am really upset by it . . . I want you at the plane when the VP lands with your Mom and Dad and you completely ignore me.

And I really appreciate you letting me stay at your resort villa . . . but I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F’ing White House and the Vice President’s house and the inauguration and then you go completely silent . . . Hunter’s own words convict his father. When Hunter writes, “…but I have brought every single person you have ever asked me to bring to the F’ing White House and the Vice President’s house and the inauguration and then you go completely silent” his frustration is obvious. Hunter expected to be rewarded with a business deal for providing access to the vice president. And Joe Biden must have known the role he was playing for Hunter and Jeff Cooper. How could he have not?
Vice President Joe Biden did use his public office for his and his family’s private gain. This is only one example of how Joe Biden violated federal code 5 CFR § 2635.702 – Use of public office for private gain. There are other verifiable examples if looked at with honest eyes. Up to this point, Democrats and the liberal press refuse to see it.
Did Joe and Jill Biden benefit financially from any business dealings of Hunter and Joe’s brother James? Of course, they have. Both Hunter and James have “loaned” money to Joe Biden. Hunter Biden shared at least one bank account with Joe Biden that Joe withdrew from whenever he wanted. Joe and Jill Biden’s household expenses were sometimes paid for by Hunter Biden. Joe and Jill Biden received “gifts” paid for with money gained by Joe Biden willfully creating the appearance of access and influence for his son, Hunter Biden. And Joe Biden received campaign donations from sources that were flying too close to his son.
Vice President Biden knew when he met with Hunter’s business associates, those meetings were likely to have a direct, predictable, and beneficial effect on the financial interests of Hunter Biden. And Vice President Biden knew if Hunter Biden benefited financially, whether directly or indirectly, Joe and Jill Biden would benefit too.
5 CFR § 2635.702 – Use of public office for private gain.
§ 2635.702 Use of public office for private gain.
An employee shall not use his public office for his own private gain, for the endorsement of any product, service or enterprise, or for the private gain of friends, relatives, or persons with whom the employee is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity, including nonprofit organizations of which the employee is an officer or member, and persons with whom the employee has or seeks employment or business relations. The specific prohibitions set forth in paragraphs (a) through (d) of this section apply this general standard, but are not intended to be exclusive or to limit the application of this section.
(d) Performance of official duties affecting a private interest. To ensure that the performance of his official duties does not give rise to an appearance of use of public office for private gain or of giving preferential treatment, an employee whose duties would affect the financial interests of a friend, relative or person with whom he is affiliated in a nongovernmental capacity shall comply with any applicable requirements of § 2635.502.
§ 2635.502 Personal and business relationships.(a)Consideration of appearances by the employee. Where an employee knows that a particular matter involving specific parties is likely to have a direct and predictable effect on the financial interest of a member of his household, or knows that a person with whom he has a covered relationship is or represents a party to such matter, and where the employee determines that the circumstances would cause a reasonable person with knowledge of the relevant facts to question his impartiality in the matter, the employee should not participate in the matter unless he has informed.
