The infamous “Hunter Biden Laptop” has been authenticated. The data contained on it is real. The thousands of emails found on the laptop are genuine.  One of those emails from 2015 reveals that then Vice President Joe Biden met with a high-ranking representative of a Ukrainian energy company, Burisma, that was paying Hunter Biden millions of dollars per year to sit on its board.

On September 19, 2019, Joe Biden said, “I’ve never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings. Here’s what I know — I know Trump deserves to be investigated.” Joe Biden has denied, on numerous occasions, ever speaking with Hunter Biden about Hunter’s business ventures. There is evidence on Hunter Biden’s laptop that Joe Biden has repeatedly lied to the American people in this regard. To the contrary, Joe Biden is aware of Hunter’s, and Joe’s brother Jim Biden’s, overseas business dealings. Whether access to Joe Biden was a component of any of these business deals must be thoroughly examined through a special counsel investigation. If “access” was adding value to these dealings, did Joe Biden enjoy private gain by the arrangement?

Eight months after Vice President Biden met with the Burisma representative in Washington DC, he flew to Kyiv and demanded that the government of Ukraine fire its top prosecutor, Viktor Shokin.  Biden announced that $1 billion in U.S. aid would be withheld from Ukraine if Shokin was not terminated. Shokin happened to be investigating Burisma Holdings Limited at the time, the company in which Hunter Biden was a board member. This is indisputable. Hunter was indeed on the board of directors. Joe Biden did indeed tell Ukraine that he would get $1 billion in U.S. aid withheld if the prosecutor that coincidently was investigating Burisma Holdings was not fired. Joe Biden discussed the firing backstory while speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations on January 23, 2018. In fact, Joe Biden bragged about it.  At the end of his story Joe Biden boasted, “Well son of a bitch. He got fired”.

So why hasn’t there been an investigation to determine if Joe Biden was using his public office for private gain? Hunter Biden was being paid $83,333 per month to sit on the Burisma board. What did Burisma get in return? Was Hunter Biden on this board as an insurance policy of sorts? If he was, it paid off for all parties concerned.

The Department of Justice (DOJ) has launched largescale investigations with far less evidence. Many DOJ investigations have commenced based on a suspicion, and little else. It is a federal offense to use a public office for private gain (5 CFR § 2635.702 Use of public office for private gain). There are hundreds of emails on Hunter Biden’s laptop that suggest access to then Vice President Biden was a key element to Hunter’s role in numerous business ventures.  Even if the access held value only as a façade, the appearance of “protection” from the Vice President of the United States, Hunter Biden was being paid millions of dollars a year to facilitate that access and the Biden family enjoyed personal gain because of these business relationships. There maybe nothing more to the story, but that’s enough for any honest grand jury to hand down an indictment.

And then there’s Tony Bobulinski.  He is a former business partner of Hunter Biden. Bobulinski appeared on the ‘Tucker Carlson Tonight’ show and clearly stated that the Hunter Biden laptop was real, and the data contained within it was authentic. The show premiered on October 27, 2020, with nearly 8 million viewers. The segment has been watched over 10 million times on YouTube.

Bobulinski was a former Biden family business partner. He was a lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.  He held a high-level security clearance and was and instructor at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command. Yet even with these credentials, when compared to Stephanie Gregory Clifford, aka Stormy Daniels, a porn star that the liberal media treated like the Blessed Mother Mary in 2018 because she went public with an allegation that then President Trump had his lawyer pay her $130,000 to remain silent about an alleged affair, Bobulinski was treated like Judas Iscariot!  Collectively the biased press claimed to have found no evidence to corroborate Bobuliniski’s claims. They said Joe Biden’s financial statements didn’t reveal any income from Hunter’s business ventures.

Is anyone surprised that Joe Biden’s financial statements didn’t reveal any income from Hunter’s business ventures? If Hunter Biden is paying bills for his father, that sort of private gain is easy enough to keep off the books.  And that’s exactly what has been occurring for years.  By Hunter’s own admission, he has been paying “pop’s” bills and giving him half of his salary.  “Pop” is absolutely Joe Biden. The following January 2019 message was from Hunter Biden to his daughter Naomi.

“I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years. It’s really hard. But don’t worry, unlike pop, I won’t make you give me half your salary.”

Tony Bobulinski is the collaborating evidence the liberal media has decided to ignore. The evidence is the data contained on Hunter Biden’s laptop. Make no mistake about it. ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, CNN, the New York Times, Washington Post, Associated Press, Reuters, and on, and on, and on are all ignoring the evidence and collaborating evidence that Joe Biden lied to the American people repeatedly regarding his knowledge and involvement with Hunter Biden’s business ventures.

There are a few key take aways from Tony Bobulinski’s public statements regarding Joe and Hunter Biden.   On October 21, 2020, Bobulinski said the then Vice President Joe Biden “was a willing and eager participant in a family scheme to make millions of dollars by partnering with a shady Chinese Communist firm”. Bobulinski was the former CEO of SinoHawk Holdings.  Bobulinski claims SinoHawk Holdings was the “partnership” between CEFC China Energy Co Chairman Ye Jianming and two Biden family members.  Recalling a conversation he had with President Joe Biden’s brother Jim about potential risks and legalities, Bobulinski said, “I remember saying, ‘How are you guys getting away with this?’ ‘Aren’t you concerned?’”.  Jim Biden’s response according to Bobulinski is incriminating. Jim Biden said, “Plausible deniability.” Jim Biden knew his family was engaged in some questionable, if not criminal business arrangements. He would have never answered with “plausible deniability” if everything was above board.

Jim Biden’s “plausible deniability” didn’t account for a careless and reckless nephew abandoning a laptop, filled with incriminating family secrets, at a Wilmington, Delaware computer repair shop. On one of the thousands of e-mails found on Hunter Biden’s laptop was one that outlined a payment structure if a deal Hunter was involved with reached an agreement.  “At the moment there’s a provisional agreement that the equity will be distributed as follows: 20 H, 20 RW, 20 JG, 20 TB, 10 Jim, 10 held by H for the big guy?” According to Tony Bobulinski, the “big guy” is President Joe Biden.  E-mails like the “10 held by H for the big guy” make all denials of any wrongdoing or criminality, appear highly implausible.

To say there is not enough evidence to warrant an independent investigation into Joe Biden and the appearance of using his public office for private gain is astonishing.  It’s not denial.  It’s deception.
